Rutha Skaggs

Rutha was born in 1811 in Kentucky. Rutha's father is Peter Skaggs and her mother is Martha Cothron. Her paternal grandparents are Zachariah Skaggs and Anne Unknown. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named Lewis, Solomon, John Patrick, Jeremiah, Moses, Peter ,Jr., Christian, Nancy, Isabelle and Linney. She is the second youngest of the eleven children.
