John Thompson Skaggs 
John Thompson was born on October 6th, 1760 in Virginia. John Thompson's father was Henry Skaggs and his mother is Mary Thompson. His paternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Rachel Unknown. He had four brothers and six sisters, named James, Solomon, David, Stephen, Sarah, Nancy, Lucy, Sylvia, Mary and Rachael. He was the second oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 20 in 1780 in Kentucky.-
