Cela Skaggs

Cela was born in 1838 in Kentucky. Cela's father is Fielding Skaggs and her mother is Sally Perry. Her paternal grandfather was William Squire Skaggs and her paternal grandmother is Mary Pierce. She has five brothers and two sisters, named Fielding W., William, Stephen, Simpson, Jeremiah, Rachel and Elizabeth. She is the fourth oldest of the eight children.
