Lewis Binley Oxley 
Lewis Binley was born on January 22nd, 1808 in Loudoun Co.,Va.. Lewis Binley's father was William Henry Oxley and his mother was Jane Binley. His paternal grandparents were John Oxley and Catherin Lewis. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Arron, Enoch, Ann, Susannah, Catherine, Frances, Mary Woolard and Cynthia Scintha Cassie. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 73 on January 14th, 1882 in Bedford,Taylor Co. Iowa.-
