Frances Oxley

Frances was born on October 18th, 1797 in Loudoun Co.,Va.. Frances' father was William Henry Oxley and her mother was Jane Binley. Her paternal grandparents were John Oxley and Catherin Lewis. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Arron, Enoch, Lewis Binley, Ann, Susannah, Catherine, Mary Woolard and Cynthia Scintha Cassie. She is the fifth oldest of the nine children.
