Arron Oxley 
Arron was born on October 8th, 1789 in Loudoun Co.,Va.. Arron's father was William Henry Oxley and his mother was Jane Binley. His paternal grandparents were John Oxley and Catherin Lewis. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Enoch, Lewis Binley, Ann, Susannah, Catherine, Frances, Mary Woolard and Cynthia Scintha Cassie. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 89 in May 1879 in Ohio.-
