Thomas Hertell was born on January 7th, 1854. Thomas Hertell's father is Henry Thomas Montfort and his mother was Martha Jane Kesler. His maternal grandfather was James Kesler and his maternal grandmother is Nancy Cook. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Henry James, Owen, Warren Breckinridge, Belle, Julila, Katherine 'Kate' and Nancy Virginia. He died at the age of 76 on December 30th, 1930. He was buried in 1931 in Bagdad,ShelbyCo,KY.-
