John Hamilton McNutt 
John Hamilton was born on December 22nd, 1838 in Austin Co./ Texas. John Hamilton's father was Robert Blaine ,Major McNutt and his mother was Mary Polly Jackson. His paternal grandparents were William McNutt and Elizabeth Grigsby; his maternal grandparents are Brice Jackson and Elizabeth Unknown. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Robert Brice, John William, Unknown, Elizabeth, Nancy, Martha, Mary Elizabeth, Jane Catherine and Tabitha Tennessee. He was the youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 93 on July 14th, 1932 in Goldthwaite,Mills Co.,Texas.-
