Her paternal grandfather was George Jackson Keahey and her paternal grandmother is Rosia Adaline McMinn. She had a brother and eight sisters, named Robert Lee, Mary Adeline, Bell Elizabeth Tennessee, Callie Arcena, Ella, Georgia I., Dora Cobble, Elsie Maurine and Hazel Irene. She had two half-sisters named Hazel Irene and Elsie Marrine. She died at the age of 80 on July 30th, 1966 in Rusk,Cherokee Co.,Texas. She was buried in Shady Grove Cemetery,Rusk Co.,Texas.-
