Eldon Clifford's father was Benjamin Franklin Keahey and his mother was Cornelia Austin. His paternal grandparents were John Robert Jackson Keahey and Martha Slay. He had five brothers and three sisters, named George Lon, Frank Stanhope, Hershel, Ray, Clarence, Mabel Elizabeth, Loreta and Lynn. He died on June 10th, 1940.-
