Jesse Graham Settled on the Cow House River in Coryell Co., About 20 miles from old Fort Gates: Took a homestead and lived upon it until his death in the year 1887. Caused by Flux ant the age of 83 years. Was a wagon train leader in 1849 over the Nachez train trail to Rusk Co., Texas. Was a primative Baptist minister who founded two churches in the Cowhouse Creek Region and circult-preacher in the Coryell Co., TexaS area.
