Ida was born on February 23rd, 1879 in Green Co.,Kentucky. Ida's father was James Hamilton Davis and her mother was Caroline Dezarn. Her paternal grandparents were James Wyatt Davis and Lydia Pierce. She had four sisters named Safrona A., Henry Ann, Burley Dean and Melissa. She had five half-brothers and a half-sister, named E. L., James, Samuel Logan, Benjamin, Burnette and Lydia E.. She died at the age of 69 on August 27th, 1948 in Cook Co.,Illinois.-
