Icye Lee was born on July 14th, 1916. Icye Lee's father was Chris Uriah Allen and his mother was Elizabeth Ann Underwood. His maternal grandfather was George W. Underwood and his maternal grandmother is Julia A. Hazlewood. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Billie Joe, Lindsey B., Kenneth Clarence, Lou Etta, Zelma, Patty Reed and Dortha. He died at the age of 46 on March 15th, 1963 in LaRue Co.,Kentucky. He was buried in Otter Creek Baptist Church Cemetery,LaRue Co.,Kentucky.-
