Dulcenie Allen

Dulcenie was born in 1869. Dulcenie's father was George Washington Allen and her mother was Matilda Crawford. Her paternal grandparents were John Calhoun Allen and Mary Holcombe. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Obediah Thomas, Samuel Edward, Anna Belle, Mina Ella, Amanda Louella, Adaline and Alva. She is the second oldest of the eight children.
