Simon IV de Montfort

Simon IV was born about 1153 in Montfort Amaury, Ile de France, France. Simon IV's father was Simon the Bold d'Evreux de Montfort and his mother was Maud d'Evereux. His paternal grandparents were Amauri III de Montfort and Agnes de Garlande. He had a brother and a sister, named Amaury and Bertrade d'Evreux. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died in 1181. He was buried in Haute-Bruyere.
