Eleanor was born before 1420 in Surrey, England. Eleanor's father was Reynold de Cobham and her mother was Eleanor Colepeper. Her paternal grandparents were Reynold de Cobham and Alianor de Maltravers. She had a brother and a sister, named Thomas and Elizabeth. She was the second oldest of the three children. She had a half-sister named Margaret. She died in 1452.-
