Hugh de Mortimer of was born after 1190. Hugh de Mortimer of's father was Roger de Mortimer and his mother was Millicent de Ferrers. His paternal grandparents were Hugh de Mortimer and Maud le Meschines; his maternal grandparents were William (Robert) de Ferrers and Sybil de Braose. He had two brothers and a sister, named Ralph, Roger and Joane. He had two half-brothers named Robert and Philip. He died after 1216.
