Philip Truckenmiller Wetzel 
Philip Truckenmiller was born on December 25th, 1773 in Upper Milford Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Philip Truckenmiller's father was Johannes Wetzel and his mother was Catharina Truckenmiller. His paternal grandparents were Johan Jacob Wetzel and Anna Maria Bassler; his maternal grandparents were Sebastian Truckenmiller and Catharina Schambach. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Peter, Son, Johannes Jr., Johann George, Elisabetha and Maria Philipina. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 89 on January 27th, 1863 in Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. He was buried on January 30th, 1863 in St. Peters Union Cemetery, Upper Milford Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.-
