William Thompson 
William was born on March 26th, 1747 in Ireland. William's father was James Thompson and his mother was Ruth Alexander. His paternal grandparents were John Thomson and Esther Hale; his maternal grandfather was John Alexander. He had four brothers and a sister, named Alexander M., Samuel, James, Robert and Esther. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 59 on July 7th, 1806 in Newgarden, Chester County, Pennsylvania. He was buried on July 10th, 1806 in Chester County, Pennsylvania.-
