Joseph Randolph was born on August 21st, 1911 in Holdrege, Nebraska. Joseph Randolph's father was Jesse Franklin Sutton and his mother was Margaret Riley. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Randolph Sutton and Catherine Breese; his maternal grandparents were William Riley and Margaret Bride. He had two brothers named William and Jesse Franklin. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 73 on November 30th, 1984 in Leesburg, Florida.-
