Flanders Randolph was born on July 17th, 1901 in Winnebago City, Minnesota. Flanders Randolph's father was Joseph Randolph Sutton and his mother was Catherine Breese. His paternal grandparents were William Sutton and Winifred Catlett; his maternal grandparents were Leonard Breese and Hannah Flanders. He had a brother and two sisters, named Jesse Franklin, Hannah May and Sarah. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 86 on February 28th, 1988 in North Platte, Lincoln County, Nebraska. He was buried in North Platte Cemetery, North Platte, Lincoln County, Nebraska.-
