Ryksa Miciszlava of was born in Krakow, Poland.  Ryksa Miciszlava of's father was Mieszko II Lambert of Poland and her mother was Richenza (Rixa) of Pflaz-Lorraine Palatine.  Her paternal grandparents were Boleslaw I Chobry the Brave of Poland and Emnilda of Silicia; her maternal grandparents were Ezzo of Palatine and Matilda of Saxony. She had two brothers and a sister, named Boleslaw of, Casimir I Carol the Restorer of and Gertruda of.  She died after 1052.
