William Arthur Owen 
William Arthur was born on January 9th, 1876. William Arthur's father was Robert Wallace Owen and his mother was Theresa Mains. His paternal grandparents were Amasa Owen and Jane Bodwell; his maternal grandparents were Peter Mains and Catherine Lewis. He had a brother and a sister, named Albert Perley and Nellie. He is the second oldest of the three children.General Notes
According to Annette D. Towler (email: annettedt@@astound.net), "These are
my gr gr grandparents, Peter Mains and Catherine Lewis of Bracken and
Campbell Co KY. Asenath is my line. Theresa's son William, cousin Bill,
wrote a history of the Owen family and it is in the William and Mary
Quarterly Series II vol 17 or Vol 11..."
