William Johnson 
William was born on November 1st, 1769. William's father was Griffith Johnson and his mother was Elizabeth G. Thomas. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Johnson and Catherine Griffith; his maternal grandfather was Richard Thomas. He had nine brothers and three sisters, named Benjamin, Joseph, James, John, Griffith Jr., Daniel, Lewis, Henry, Thomas, Jane, Elizabeth and Catherine. He is the sixth oldest of the thirteen children.-
