Benjamin Johnson 
Benjamin was born on October 11th, 1760 in Maryland. Benjamin's father was Griffith Johnson and his mother was Elizabeth G. Thomas. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Johnson and Catherine Griffith; his maternal grandfather was Richard Thomas. He had nine brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, James, John, Griffith Jr., William, Daniel, Lewis, Henry, Thomas, Jane, Elizabeth and Catherine. He is the oldest of the thirteen children.-
