Joseph Hiatt 
Joseph was born in 1732 in Lancaster or Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Joseph's father was John Jr. Hiatt and his mother was Rachel Margaret Wilson. His paternal grandparents were John Hiatt and Mary Lois Smith; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Wilson and UNKNOWN Rachel. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named George, John, William, Evan, James, Jonathan, Timothy, Catherine, Margaret, Mary, Ann and Margaret. He had four half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Evan, James, Jonathan, Timothy, Martha, Sarah, Ruth and Phebe. He died after 1820 in Frederick County, Virginia.-
