Phoebe Ellen was born on July 25th, 1795. She died at the age of 108 on February 19th, 1904. She was buried in Unmarked grave, Rymer Cemetery, Marion County, West Virginia.General Notes

Phoebe Ellen and Francis Riffle were married in a religious ceremony in 1810. They had seven sons and four daughters, named John S., James H., Jacob C., Hezekiah, Frances Riffle, George W., Edward C., Susanna, Sarah, Mary Jane and Eleanor.
