John Dacre

John was born in 1422 in Naworth, Brampton, Cumberland, England. John's father was Thomas de Dacre and his mother was Philippa de Neville. His paternal grandfather was William de Dacre and his paternal grandmother is Joan Douglas; his maternal grandparents were Ralph de Neville and Margaret de Stafford. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Randolf, Richard, George, Humphrey, Ralph, Elizabeth, Joanna and Margaret. He is the fourth youngest of the ten children.
