Jacob II Conrad 
Jacob II was born on May 17th, 1744 in Attiswil, Canton Bern, Switzerland. Jacob II's father was Jacob Conrad and his mother was Frena Svena Lauk. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Curet and Susanna Leysi. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Hans, Ulrich, Martin, Benjamin, Barbara, Elizabeth and Mary. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 84 on January 26th, 1829 in Ruddle, Pendleton County, Virginia.
