John Conrad 
John was born on April 16th, 1784 in Pendleton County, Virginia now West Virginia. John's father was Jacob II Conrad and his mother was Hannah Bogard. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Conrad and Frena Svena Lauk; his maternal grandfather was Anthony Bogard and his maternal grandmother is UNKNOWN Ann. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Jacob III, Benjamin, Peter, Daniel, Ulrich, Sabrina, Frances, Barbara, Mary, Phoebe and Annie. He was the second youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 70 on September 3rd, 1854 in Braxton County, West Virginia.-
