Willard Delton was born on November 7th, 1915 in Walcott, North Dakota. Willard Delton's father was Oscar Rueben Boyer and his mother was Caroline Peterson. His paternal grandparents were William Henry Boyer and Florence Virginia Dinges. He had three brothers and a sister, named Merrill, Lloyd, James A. and Liola. He is the second oldest of the five children.-
