Oscar Rueben was born on April 7th, 1892 in Plymouth County, Iowa. Oscar Rueben's father was William Henry Boyer and his mother was Florence Virginia Dinges. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Boyer and Esther R. Dreibelbis. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Irvin Martin, Andrew Jacob, William Clinton, Winona Mable, Nora Pearl and Ella Lenena. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 66 on December 17th, 1958 in Williston, North Dakota.-
