Daniel R. was born on January 17th, 1768 in Richmond Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Daniel R.'s father was Abraham B. Dreibelbis and his mother was Anna Margaretha Rothermel. His paternal grandparents were Johan Jacob Treibelbis and Barbara Burkhardt; his maternal grandparents were Johan Peter Rothermel and Sybilla Hoch. He had four brothers and a sister, named Abraham, Peter, Isaac, Joseph and Maria Barbara. He died at the age of 75 on October 7th, 1843 in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania. He was buried in Dreibelbis Cemetery, Fleetwood, Pennsylvania.-
