John(Johann) Keicher\Kiker 
John(Johann) was born on June 14th, 1775 in Rowan Co., North Carolina and his baptism took place in 1793 in Peint Church, (Now Union), Rowan Co., North Carolina. John(Johann)'s father was Conrad Keicher and his mother was Margaret Lyerle. His paternal grandfather was Christian Kiker and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Lineberger; his maternal grandparents were Johann Christopher Lyerle and Elizabeth Christina UNKNOWN. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Joseph, Conrad Keicher, UNKNOWN, Peter, Catherine(a), Mary Ann, Margarite Ann, Susannah and Barbara. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 86 on May 4th, 1862 in Greene Co., Tennessee. He was buried in St. James Cemetery, Lutheran Church, Greene Co., Tennessee.-
