Daniel Gifford

Daniel was born in 1745. Daniel's father was Peleg Gifford and his mother was Abigail Shepherd. His paternal grandparents were Jeremiah Gifford and Mary Wright; his maternal grandfather was Daniel Shepherd and his maternal grandmother is Mary Sherman. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Abraham, Christopher, Noah, Levi, Abigail, Tamar, Mariah and Mary. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 60 on December 10th, 1805.
