Russell Bernard was born on August 30th, 1926. Russell Bernard's father was Paul Bernard Gatten and his mother was Mary Caroline King. His paternal grandparents were William Morgan Gatten and Harriet Louisa Moore; his maternal grandparents are John King and Bertha Travis. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Paul Gatten, Living, Virginia Irene, Living, Living and Living. He died at the age of 58 on January 26th, 1985 in West Mecca, Ohio.-
