Isabella was born in 1248 in Wigmore, England. Isabella's father was Roger De Mortimer and her mother was Maud De Braose. Her paternal grandparents were Ralph De Mortimer and Gwladys "Ddu" Verch Llewlyn; her maternal grandparents were William De Braose and EVE MARSHALL. She had five brothers and a sister, named Ralph, Edmunde, Geoffrey, Roger Jr., William and Margaret. She was the oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 26 on August 10th, 1274 in England.-
