Clifton Murl was born on April 21st, 1917 in Brokenbone, Nebraska. Clifton Murl's father was Murl Ross Coen and his mother is Lottie Marie Marsh. His paternal grandfather was Samuel Arther Coen and his paternal grandmother is Hattie Marie Higgins. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Clayton Arthur, Melvin Elmer, Orville Raymond, Paul Phillip, Wayne Wilbur, Alma Lorraine, Betty Viola and Ruth June. He died at the age of 79 on June 1st, 1996 in Palway, California.-
