Clayton Arthur was born on February 7th, 1916 in Georgetown, Custer, Nebraska. Clayton Arthur's father was Murl Ross Coen and his mother is Lottie Marie Marsh. His paternal grandfather was Samuel Arther Coen and his paternal grandmother is Hattie Marie Higgins. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Clifton Murl, Melvin Elmer, Orville Raymond, Paul Phillip, Wayne Wilbur, Alma Lorraine, Betty Viola and Ruth June. He died at the age of 53 on January 21st, 1970 in Meriden, Laramie, Wyoming.-
