Jack Willis was born on January 7th, 1922 in Delevan, Tazew Co., Illinois. Jack Willis' father was Stuart Albert Berger and his mother was Harriet Eglantine Bolles. His paternal grandparents are Willis Anderw Berger and Anna Irene Colter; his maternal grandparents were John Huntington Bolles and Harriett Elizabeth Merrill. He has two brothers and a sister, named Warren Emmett, Roger Lowell and H. Jean. He is the oldest of the four children.-
