Mahlon Andrews 
Mahlon was born in 1887 in NC. Mahlon's father was Burris Andrews and his mother is Lucy Jane Dougherty. His paternal grandfather was James Andrews and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Crouse. He had five brothers and six sisters, named William Preston, Brady, Letcher C., Platt L., Coy, Etta Francis, Sarah E., Pearl, Betty, Matilda Ruth and Grace. He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 31 in 1918 in Sutherland, Iowa.-
