Bessie PHILLIPS 
Bessie was born on April 29th, 1891. Bessie's father was Thomas Humphrey PHILLIPS and her mother was Virginia Escue McMURRY. Her paternal grandfather was Bethel PHILLIPS and her paternal grandmother is Hicksey BASS. She had five brothers and five sisters, named John Bethel, Arthur, Shelah Elsworth, Jimmie D, Thomas Escue, Naomi, Emma Lainie, Luenette, Mary Volene and Sally Griffin. She had two half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Albert, J. E., Alma Seay, Jenette, Mary Hunter, Eumphrey Martha, Willie and Enola. She died at the age of 1 in 1892.-
