Arthur PHILLIPS 
Arthur was born on February 20th, 1871. Arthur's father was Thomas Humphrey PHILLIPS and his mother was Virginia Escue McMURRY. His paternal grandfather was Bethel PHILLIPS and his paternal grandmother is Hicksey BASS. He had four brothers and six sisters, named John Bethel, Shelah Elsworth, Jimmie D, Thomas Escue, Naomi, Emma Lainie, Luenette, Mary Volene, Sally Griffin and Bessie. He had two half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Albert, J. E., Alma Seay, Jenette, Mary Hunter, Eumphrey Martha, Willie and Enola. He died at the age of 2 in 1873.-
