Edgar Newton was born in 1889 in <Denison, Grayson, Texas>. Edgar Newton's father was David Jacob Eisenhower and his mother was Ida Elizabeth STOVER. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Frederick EISENHOWER and Margareta (Rebecca) MATTER; his maternal grandparents were Simon P. STOVER and Elizabeth Ida Juda LINK. He had seven brothers named Arthur Bradford, Dwight David "Ike", Roy Jacob, Paul A., Earl Dewey, Milton Stover and UNKNOWN. He was the second oldest of the eight children.
