Agnes BOWEN 
Agnes was born in 1735 in , Orange, Virginia. Agnes' father was John BOWEN and her mother was Lilly MCILHANEY. Her paternal grandparents were Moses BOWEN and Rebecca REECE; her maternal grandfather was Henry MC ILHANEY and her maternal grandmother is Mrs. Jane HUNTER. She had eight brothers and five sisters, named John, Henry, Moses, Robert, Reece (Rees), William, Arthur M, Charles, Nancy Anne, Jane Jean, Rebecca, Jean and Mary. She was the second oldest of the fourteen children. She died at the age of 68 in 1803 in Nashville, Davidson, Tn. She was buried in 1803 in Nashville, Davidson, Tn.General Notes
