Sir Theobald was born on September 8th, 1280 in Alton, Staffordshire, England. Sir Theobald's father was Theobald de Verdon and his mother was Margery de Bohun. His paternal grandparents were John le Boteler de Verdun and Margery (Margaret) de Lacy; his maternal grandparents were Humphrey De Bohun and Eleanor De Braiose. He had two brothers named John and Miles. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 35 on July 27th, 1316 in Alton, Staffordshire, England.-
