Count of Louvaine was born about 1113 in Louvaine, Belgium.  Count of Louvaine's father was Godfrey I "Labarbe" and his mother was Ida de Namor.  His paternal grandparents were II Henry and Countess of Betuwe Adelaide; his maternal grandparents were II Otto and Adelaide of Namur. He had a brother and a sister, named II and Adeliza.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He died before 1180.
