Guidci Ap Peibio was born about 0494.  Guidci Ap Peibio's father was Peibio Glafrog Ap Erb and his mother was Custennin.  His paternal grandfather was Erb. He had four brothers named Tewdwr Ap Peibio, Cynfyn Ap Peibio, Cinust Ap Peibio and Efrddyl Ap Peibio.  He was the third oldest of the five children.
