Tarra Whited 
Tarra was born about 1858 in Iowa. Tarra's father was Lazarus Whited and her mother was Ruth Maria Surber. Her paternal grandparents were John Whited and Margaret Hubble; her maternal grandparents were Andrew Jackson Surber and Eada or Elizabeth Harrel. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Noman, Luther, Isaiah, Jim, Malinda and Wright. She was the third youngest of the seven children.General Notes
