Martha Walters

Martha was born on June 24th, 1825 in Washington County,Ohio.  Martha's father was William Walters and her mother was Elizabeth Schriver.  Her paternal grandfather was John Walters; her maternal grandparents were John Shriver and Mary----------. She had six brothers and four sisters, named John, Amos Ambrose, Adam, Nathan, William, Jeremiah, Mary A., Lydia, Phebe and Sarah E..  She was the second oldest of the eleven children.  She died at the age of 86 on July 1st, 1911.  She was buried in Lily Dale Cemetery.

‌Martha and George were married in a religious ceremony on December 29th, 1849.  They had a son and two daughters, named Melvin, Daughter and Julia.
